Terms of Use
1. Who you are dealing with
Quantum AI ("the service") is operated by John Mary, of 25a Bell Street, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 2BA, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
We are an information service. We are not a broker, an exchange, a bank, a portfolio manager or an investment firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not hold your money, we cannot execute trades, we have no access to any exchange account or wallet you use elsewhere, and we are not permitted to give investment advice.
2. What the service does
Quantum AI shows cryptocurrency market prices and charts, lets you keep a watchlist, lets you record holdings that you enter yourself so their value can be calculated, and sends you a notification when a coin reaches a price you choose.
Prices, charts, search and a device-local watchlist are available without an account. An account is needed only for the parts that are personal to you: a watchlist synced between devices, your portfolio, and your price alerts.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.
4. Your account
You choose your own password. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at trustedbrokerz@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Give accurate details. We use your email address to reach you about your account and your phone number for the SMS alerts you choose to switch on. One person may hold one account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent: your profile, watchlist, holdings and alerts are removed and cannot be recovered.
5. Marketing
At sign-up you may consent to us contacting you by email, SMS or telephone about Quantum AI. That consent is optional, the box is not ticked by default, and refusing it does not limit your use of the service in any way. You can withdraw it at any time — see the Privacy Policy. We do not pass your details to other companies for their own marketing.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not switch off the price alerts you created yourself.
6. No investment advice
Nothing in Quantum AI is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, an inducement, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. We do not assess whether any cryptocurrency is suitable for you and we do not take your circumstances into account.
Portfolio values, profit and loss figures, allocation breakdowns and alerts are arithmetic performed on quantities you entered and prices supplied by a third party. They are not statements of account, valuations, audited figures or tax records, and they should not be relied on for tax reporting. Every decision you make about buying, selling or holding any asset is yours alone.
7. Risk
Cryptocurrency is largely unregulated in the UK and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. Prices are highly volatile and can fall as fast as they rise. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Past performance tells you nothing about future results. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose, and consider taking independent, regulated advice first.
8. Market data
Prices come from CoinGecko and are cached briefly on our servers to keep the service fast, which means what you see may be up to a minute behind the market. Data may also be delayed further, incomplete or wrong, and which coins are covered can change without notice. Do not rely on it for trading decisions.
The market data is licensed to us for use in this service. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or build a competing dataset from it.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit false details, or anyone else's details;
- automate sign-ups or create accounts in bulk;
- scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- attempt to reach another user's data, or bypass any access control;
- reverse engineer the app except to the extent the law permits;
- use the service to break any law that applies to you.
We may suspend or delete any account that does, without notice.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Quantum AI running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
Price alerts depend on third-party push and SMS networks, on your device's notification settings, and on our data provider. We cannot guarantee that any individual alert is delivered, or delivered on time. Do not use alerts as your only safeguard on a position.
We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Liability
The service is supplied free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for: trading or investment losses; market data that is delayed, inaccurate or unavailable; alerts that are not delivered; loss of profit, revenue or opportunity; and any indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and if you are resident elsewhere you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
